Interim Staffing / Outsourcing
Often organizations find themselves with a task that does not require a full time staff member, have a time-defined vacancy (often due to family leave), or have functions that are ongoing and cannot wait until a staff member can be found. At Alford Executive Search we understand that your organization needs to continue to function smoothly even when (and often especially when) there are staffing disruptions.
For Interim support, we can often provide an immediate solution, whether from our own team, our Strategic Partners, or our broad network of professionals that can undertake a special project, provide part-time consulting or temporarily fill a critical role so your organization can focus on its mission and overall objectives.
We can also provide longer-term Outsourcing for functions that do not require a single FTE (Full Time Equivalent). This support can either be on your staff or ours, whatever best suits your operational needs.
Past projects have included:
- Long-term staffing of the Development function on a 2-day per week basis.
- Project support for The Raiser’s Edge for a “crunch” period prior to an event and year-end processing
- Interim VP of Advancement responsibilities on a 1-day a week basis while a search was underway
- Interim Director of Development support (20 hours per week) while a search was underway.
