Their professional journey spans executive leadership roles across the philanthropic and nonprofit sectors, most notably serving as the current Chief People & Public Affairs Officer at Kalamazoo Community Foundation and previously as Chief of Staff at YWCA Kalamazoo. Throughout their career, Demetrias has leveraged deep operational expertise to guide organizations through complex group processes, project management, and strategic communications while building high-performing leadership teams, developing actionable strategies, and advancing equity.
