The Salvation Army – A Client Success Story

The Salvation Army, a global nonprofit and church, exists to meet human need wherever, whenever, and however they can. Heralded for DOING THE MOST GOOD for over two decades, they assist approximately 23 million Americans annually, serve in 130 countries globally, have been steady in their service since 1865, and do all their work of meeting human need without discrimination.

The KEES-Salvation Army partnership dates back over 30 years, when our company was still a part of The Alford Group. Since 2013, KEES has frequently been retained to provide Executive Search and Consulting services for professional staff roles across the country. For more than 20 years, members of the KEES team have partnered with numerous territories (3 of 4), divisions, commands, and service extension units, etc. to help strengthen leadership structures.

KEES has worked in the following domestic locations:

Additionally our consulting has been used to support The Salvation Army in various capacities, including: Interim Staffing, a Divisional Staffing and Compensation Review, and a Territorial Compensation Analysis.
