Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Belonging (DEIAB) are core values at KEES and are embedded in our philosophy, practices, policies, and commitments. Since the 1990s, the firm’s leaders have continuously advanced this work, evolving from an early focus on Diversity, to Diversity and Equity, to DEI, to DEIB, and now to DEIAB, reflecting a deepening commitment to creating environments that are inclusive, accessible, and grounded in belonging for all.
We are dedicated to addressing equitable recruitment with our executive search clients, and prioritizing equity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging (DEIAB) in the workplace.
In Phase 1 of the KEES 4-Phase Search Process, we work with each client to define diversity as part of a larger conversation focused on the client’s specific needs and goals. We then extend that conversation to encompass the essential and desired requirements of the open position.
While the finalist selection/hire is ultimately up to the client, KEES is committed to cultivating a diverse and inclusive candidate pool. We commit as a firm that 100% of candidate pools presented to clients will meet at least two diversity metrics.
