The Board of Directors of 360 Youth Services in Naperville, IL chose KEES as its partner in the search for its next CEO. As the “face” of 360 Youth Services, the new CEO would further expand the public image of the organization throughout DuPage County, while also bringing strong leadership in the areas of expansion and strategy as the organization prepares for financial and programmatic growth.
Heather Eddy, President and CEO of KEES, lent her expertise to guide the Board in identifying a candidate with the right mix of experience and persona to achieve the goals of the organization.
360 Youth Services provides life-changing services through substance abuse prevention education, counseling and housing, helping all youth navigate life’s challenges.
Ultimately, Harley Jones was selected as 360’s new CEO. Harley’s expertise in the areas of community engagement, fund development and community partnerships build upon the existing strengths of the Board and are the perfect fit for the organization.
