Joining the KEES team in 2022, Randi serves as a Project Manager and plays a vital role in managing critical elements of the search process. Excelling in coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholders, Randi collaborates with the team to identify top talent in leadership roles for organizations. Before her time with KEES, Randi worked at the Career & Networking Center in Naperville as the Program Coordinator, and assisted job seekers with the necessary skills, such as resume and networking, to help them land their next success. She brings a unique understanding of the sector’s needs and challenges, and her skillset includes administrative, fundraising, and project management allowing her to tailor each search to fit the client’s needs. Specializing in executive leadership, and key staff searches, her most recent work has been in higher education, human services, and finance. Her passion for making a difference drives her to connect talented individuals with opportunities where they can truly impact their communities. Randi holds a BS in Human Resource Management, with a minor in Humanities, from Madonna University.
