Haley Becerril serves as a Project Manager at KEES, where she plays a role in coordinating and executing client projects. Partnering closely with clients, Haley ensures each engagement runs seamlessly, from project planning and communication to deliverable development and final reporting.

Haley is also the team’s lead expert in survey design, administration, and data analysis. She brings a deep understanding of how to craft effective, actionable survey instruments tailored to diverse stakeholder groups and specific audience needs. From developing the right questions to managing implementation and interpreting results, Haley ensures every step of the process produces meaningful, strategic insights. Her expertise transforms complex data into clarity, helping organizations make informed and confident decisions.

A graduate of Concordia University Chicago, Haley holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management and is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). She brings a strong background in project coordination, customer service, and operational support to the KEES team.
