Haley Becerril is a Project Manager at KEES, where she supports the coordination and execution of client engagements from start to finish. She works closely with both clients and the KEES team to keep projects organized and moving forward, managing timelines, communications, and deliverables to ensure a smooth and thoughtful process.

Haley also leads the team’s work in survey design and administration, data analysis, and compensation analysis. She has experience developing surveys that gather meaningful feedback from a variety of stakeholder groups and translating that information into clear, useful insights. In addition, she supports compensation benchmarking and analysis to help organizations better understand their market position and inform compensation decisions.

Haley earned her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management from Concordia University Chicago and is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Before joining KEES, she built a strong foundation in customer service and team coordination, an experience she brings to her work supporting clients and managing project details.
