Pamela Green’s career is a testament to a lifelong commitment to fostering artistic excellence, learning, diversity, and community impact in the performing arts world. With a proven track record of advocacy, management and administration, and strategic leadership, she continues to be a driving force for change and innovation in the industry. In her role as a Strategic Advisor with KEES, Pam partners on executive searches specific to the performing and visual arts sectors. She combines deep artistic insight with strong business acumen, helping artists and arts organizations build sound operational structures and develop strategies that mitigate risk and ensure fiscal sustainability. In multiple roles, she has collaborated with diverse stakeholders to clarify priorities, leadership needs, and plan strategic directions to reach a common purpose for mutually beneficial artistic outcomes.

As President and Founder of PMG Arts Management (PMGAM), Pam delivers top-tier project management, touring, fundraising, performances, grant writing, and creative development services for a curated roster of emerging, mid-career, and established artists. Most recently she served for over three years as the Interim Managing Director of Ronald K. Brown’s Evidence, A Dance Company, based in Brooklyn, New York, and led the team with its purpose of a fusion of African dance with contemporary choreography and storytelling. In her more than four decades as a leader, board member, consultant, panelist, and/or workshop leader, she has built a valuable and unparalleled network that spans arts, funding, educational, and geographic areas.

To her network, she brings relationships from roles within the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA), South Arts, the Western Arts Alliance (WAA) where she served on the search committee and partnered closely with KEES throughout the hiring process, the Mid-Atlantic Arts Foundation (MAAF), the Association of Performing Arts Professionals (APAP), the New England Foundation for the Arts (NEFA), the Michigan Council for the Arts, the International Association of Blacks in Dance (IABD), the North American Association of Performing Arts Managers and Agents (NAPAMA), the City of Durham North Carolina’s Cultural Advisory Board, and the Executive Committee of the North Carolina Presenters Consortium (NCPC).

Pam holds a Master of Science in Arts Administration (Drexel University) and a Bachelor’s in Public Policy and Drama (Duke University). Her industry recognition includes the prestigious Liz Silverstein NAPAMA Agent Manager of the Year Award (2018) and the DANCE USA “Ernie Award” (2022), celebrating her contributions and leadership in the performing arts.
