We are dedicated to addressing equitable recruitment with our executive search clients, and prioritizing equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) in the workplace.
In Phase 1 of the KEES 4-Phase Search Process, we work with each client to define diversity as part of a larger conversation focused on the client’s specific needs and goals. We then extend that conversation to encompass the essential and desired requirements of the open position.
While the finalist selection/hire is ultimately up to the client, KEES is committed to cultivating a diverse and inclusive candidate pool. We commit as a firm that 100% of candidate pools presented to clients will meet at least two diversity metrics.
