Throughout the years, we have seen the increasing importance of addressing the topic of equitable recruitment with our executive search clients, and prioritizing equity and inclusion in the workplace is more imperative now than ever.
In Phase 1 of the KEES 4-Phase Search Process, we work with each client to define the word “diversity” as part of a larger conversation focused on the client’s specific needs and goals. We then extend that conversation to encompass the essential and desired requirements of the open position.
While the finalist selection is ultimately up to the client, KEES is fully committed to cultivating and working with a diverse candidate pool. To that end, we have made a commitment as a firm that 100% of all candidate pools presented to clients going forward will meet at least two diversity metrics.
