Search Coaching

Search Coaching supports a Board or leadership team during the search process, coaching them through the steps leading to a hire.

Search Coaching may be offered if the Board or leadership team already has search expertise and just needs overall guidance, or because the budget of the organization prohibits hiring a full executive search partner.
