Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching is a process to take an individual, or team, forward from where they are now to a point in the future they want to be. Our expert team members bring years of experience and have experienced countless different professional situations that can add to your own personal or team growth.

Coaching begins with an initial consultation to define the goals and agree upon the parameters of the partnership.  The relationship is framed by both the goals to be accomplished and the timing available to dedicate by the Coachee.

For Team and Board Coaching projects, we might recommend using the DiSC Stylistic Profile.

Coaching is generally provided for a minimum of 60 days, but can be ongoing over a much longer period of time. The choice is up to you.
