Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago Client Success Story

The Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago (LSTC) is the leading Lutheran seminary training students to serve in the global community. Since 2018, KEES and LSTC have partnered on several philanthropy-related projects. 

Our partnership began with the assessment of and recommendations for the most effective Advancement department staffing. KEES provided Specialty and Interim Staffing services (database, prospect research, annual fund, job description updates) as the Advancement team was being built. KEES was also LSTC’s chosen Executive Search partner, which recently resulted in the hiring of three senior level Advancement professionals, rounding out the current LSTC team.

Additionally, LSTC retained KEES to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the overall Advancement program, including recommendations for maximizing revenue, improving operations, engaging volunteers, and providing strategies for both unrestricted and campaign support.
