Maryville Academy Foundation Client Success Story

The Maryville Academy Foundation (the Foundation) champions and funds organizations that protect children and strengthen families. Located in Des Plaines, IL, their targeted and thoughtful investments help these organizations empower children and families to achieve their fullest potential intellectually and spiritually. Maryville Academy Foundation is a charitable partner with Maryville Academy. Maryville Foundation selected KEES as their executive search partner in their search for their first Chief Development Officer.

In 2022, the Foundation retained KEES as its executive search. The Foundation sought a need for a leader to join the Foundation and simultaneously help develop the role. KEES was a referred partner to the Foundation. A comprehensive search for the Foundation’s first Chief Development Officer was launched. Foundation leadership ultimately selected Michelle Jimenez from a laudable group of top finalists.

Michelle Jimenez is a nonprofit development professional with over 25 years of extensive experience. Her expertise includes annual fund management, including in-house and consulting roles as well as marketing expertise. She joined the Foundation from HPS Chicago, a full-service fundraising and non-profit consulting practice in the Chicagoland area.
