Siloam Health retained Executive Search Firm KEES to lead President and CEO search
Siloam Health (Siloam) is a faith-based, nonprofit healthcare organization in Nashville, TN. Serving Nashville’s uninsured, underserved, and culturally marginalized patients, Siloam offers high-quality, culturally sensitive, and low-cost health care. “Our search committee was pleased to select KEES as our search partner of choice. KEES was a unanimous choice,” said Sammye Woods, Chair, of Siloam Health Board of Directors.
KEES was retained by Siloam Health in 2023 as its executive search partner. After Siloam Health attempted to undergo a search for their next President and CEO on their own, they sought guidance and partnership from KEES to help lead them through the search process. Leading the search included KEES President and CEO Heather Eddy and Project Manager Megan Taylor. This search followed the successful tenure of the organization’s former leader, Dr. Morgan Wills, as he joined the faculty of the Thomas F. Frist Jr. College of Medicine at Belmont University.
A comprehensive, national search for Siloam Health’s President and CEO position launched. Siloam Health leadership ultimately selected Katie Richards from a strong group of finalists that came from multiple sub-sectors in healthcare.
