Haley Becerril serves as an Operations Manager to support the team with their various and ever-changing needs in client projects. As Operations Manager, Haley is responsible for providing administrative support, as well as marketing and advertising support. Research and data entry within a database and internal expenses are also her areas of focus.

Haley is also the team’s lead expert in survey design, administration, and data analysis. She brings a deep understanding of how to craft effective, actionable survey instruments tailored to diverse stakeholder groups and specific audience needs. From developing the right questions to ensure meaningful insights, to managing implementation and interpreting results, Haley ensures every step of the process is strategically aligned with client goals. Her expertise turns data into clarity and helps organizations make informed, confident decisions.

A recent graduate of Concordia University (River Forest, Illinois), Haley holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management. She is also a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). She brings project planning, customer service, and administrative experience to the team.
