Her expertise focuses on leadership and staff recruitment, staff management, board recruitment, career coaching, and philanthropy strategy. She is also a frequent speaker on topics such as “Engaging your Board in Philanthropy,” “Recharging Your Development Program” and “Networking Tips for Introverts.” Laura leads many of the firm’s executive searches, oversees Specialty and Interim Staffing, and occasionally steps in to provide leadership coverage or strategic consulting to fill short term gaps.
