Over a thirty-year career, Mary Jane has put her heart and talent to work supporting arts and culture (Art Institute of Chicago, Field Museum, and Marwen); education (University of Chicago, Hanover College and Grace Lutheran School) and; community-focused organizations (Mount Sinai Hospital, Growing Community Media, Maywood Fine Arts, Historic Pullman Foundation and Beyond Hunger). Her expertise focuses on major and principal gift fundraising, grantsmanship, and communications within large, complex organizations. Her strong suit is identifying and managing outreach and relationship- building opportunities that are organization-wide or individually focused. Her successful work in museums and the arts demonstrates a passionate understanding of material culture’s power to educate, inspire and advance equity and inclusion.
