Randi joined the KEES team in 2022 and now serves as a Senior Project Manager, playing a vital role in managing key elements of the executive search process. With her sharp focus on coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholders, she excels at collaborating with the team to identify and secure top-tier talent for leadership roles. Randi brings a unique understanding of the nonprofit sector’s needs and challenges, drawing on her previous experience as a Program Coordinator at the Career & Networking Center in Naperville. There, she assisted job seekers with essential skills, such as resume writing and networking, gaining firsthand insight into the talent landscape.

Specializing in executive leadership and key staff searches, her recent work has focused on higher education, human services, and finance. Randi utilizes her diverse skill set in administrative, fundraising, and project management to tailor each search to fit her clients’ specific needs. Her passion for making a real difference drives her to connect talented individuals with opportunities where they can truly impact their communities.

Randi holds a BS in Human Resource Management with a minor in Humanities from Madonna University.
