Leading finance executive searches, Saritha Arellano also assists organizations with interim support for the CFO/other top finance roles during the transition. Core to Saritha’s work is guiding and building cross-functional teams and evaluating business processes and operations to improve impact. Earlier in her career, she served as a finance executive with a progressive Big Four auditing and multi-site global accounting firm serving not for profit and governmental clients including national health organizations, Associations, Universities, and school districts. In addition to search work, she is a Managing Partner at a privately held Accounting and Financial Management Advisory Firm.

Saritha has led complex organizations as well as served small- and medium-sized organizations as an external consultant. Bringing a privately held company to go public, and then bringing it back to private status was a highlight of her career. She currently is a Board Member and Financial Advisor to HUB 88/1871 (a part of the Chicago and Naperville Entrepreneur Association) and a Board Member of the International Children’s Association.

Ms. Arellano has 25+ years of financial strategy and finance administration expertise. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and is in process of attaining her Certified Internal Audit (CIA) designation. She received a BA in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Bridgeport.
