A versatile strategist with a passion for building community action and positive change, Yoo-Jin serves as Executive Search Manager at KEES. Yoo-Jin brings nearly 20 years of non-profit experience, having held a variety of positions in performing arts and cultural organizations. Most recently serving as Executive Director of Kneisel Hall and before that, a Vice President with the Adler Planetarium, Yoo-Jin comes with a strong commitment to elevating adaptive and creative leaders who thrive in rapidly changing environments. She is particularly passionate about helping leaders develop an inclusive culture that nurtures creative collaboration, lasting impact, and meaningful engagement for everyone. As a classically trained flutist, she holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in music, has recently completed Cornell University’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certificate, and is currently working toward a professional coach certification at the Co-Active Training Institute.
